Our Story

People often associate a healthy lifestyle with deprivation. It's hard to believe that you can enjoy a treat and feel more than okay after. Our story truly began when we had two little boys and a BIG handful of needs that sprouted from challenges in our health. We were faced with severe food allergies, a plant based lifestyle and inflammation, to name a few. When push came to shove, our family decided that processed foods, top allergens, heavily processed grains and refined sugars were no longer acceptable and we rebelled! 

Our Specializations

All of our products are Gluten-Free and Vegan. Our bakery is a gluten-free dedicated and top 12 allergen-free dedicated facility that does not use or come in contact with gluten, peanuts, wheat, soy, egg, dairy, tree nuts (except coconut), sesame, corn, fish, shellfish, and mustard. Excluding our gluten-free sorghum bread varieties, all of our products are also grain-free. We bake to order, in small batches and by hand, so that everything is fresh and preservative-free. Our facility does use coconut, and there is coconut in a select amount of our products.

Our Hours of Operation

Our bakery is open Monday - Friday, 9 am - 3 pm. You can also find us selling freshly baked products on the weekends at local farmers' markets. 

Grand Boulevard Farmers' market (SanDestin) every other Saturday.

Palafox Farmers' Market (Pensacola) every other Saturday.

Rosemary Farmers' Market (30A Farmers' Market in the Rosemary Beach Community) Sunday, 9 am - 1 pm.
